You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Seoul, South Korea. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts.

• Engage in mediation if negotiations fail

If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
